Security Studies Alumnus Joins Office of Brazilian Presidency 

Dr. Marcos Degaut Pontes was in the first graduating class of the security studies Ph.D. program in the Department of Political Science at UCF. Less than a year after his graduation, he was named the Deputy Special Secretary for Strategic Affairs of the Presidency in Brazil. Read more
