COS Celebrates Scholarship Recipients 
The College of Sciences held its annual Scholarship Luncheon on Sept. 23 to honor scholarship recipients and donors. This year the college celebrated 45 students receiving a total of $61,050 toward furthering their education.  Read more

Research Team Discovers New Behavior of Friction
A research team from the UCF Department of Physics  discovered an entirely new behavior of friction that could revolutionize friction-based technologies. They  published  a paper on their findings in Scientific Reports . Read more
