A note from John Dellaporta, 2nd-Year MFA Student, Acting:

Theatre alumni,

I am a 2nd year MFA actor and am thrilled with the work we have created with Professor Hackett on this production. Stunning and simple in design, and featuring a seamlessly-ensemble, I consider Helen a beautifully representative example of the kind of work we strive for in the MFA program and a testament to the individual work of each student as well. At only 85 minutes, Helen is a brisk whirlwind through comedy, romance, tragedy, music, and movement.

We in the MFA program are eager to meet you and share this experience on Tuesday night (and a smile, if you happen to recognize a few of Professor Hackett’s hallmarks that have endured the test of time)!

Thank you for your support as we continue to build our alumni community.

With gratitude,

John Dellaporta
