June 15th Career Fair, Springfield, Virginia

  

Our next career fair will be Friday, June 15th at the Springfield Hilton Hotel, Springfield Virginia.

  

Cost to recruit is:

  

Plan A: $899, our basic package of exhibit space + meals for two recruiters

  

Plan B: $1199 includes Plan A + all resumes collected by us for the 30 days prior, and means for four recruiters.

  

Plan C: $1599 includes Plan A + Plan B plus an Email Blast to our 68,000+ newsletter subscribers, a full page 8x11 ad in our program guide, and highlighting of your jobs in our newsletters.

New Website Design Debuts June 1st

  

Major changes are underway for the IntelligenceCareers.com website, and our new website should be fully operational by June 1st.

  

-- Complete integration with our USADefenseIndustryJobs.com and USAJobZoo.com websites: so whether you are looking for defense or civilian industry professionals your jobs will be available to both groups of professionals.

  

-- Better integration with social media and our 140+ jobs blogs. Your jobs appear across the spectrum of our blogs -- and the ability to crosspost your jobs and corporate information to social media will appear on all of our webpages. You can preview some of the changes via this link -- a number of things do not yet work, but will by June 1st!

  

-- Both jobseekers and recruiters will have access to an array of search agents.

  

-- The redesign objective is to appear to candidates to be more of a career information than the traditional jobs board format. The overwhelming majority of folks that you want to hire already have jobs. We plan to get/keep their attention by focusing on industry information, news and events that is helpful to their career regardless of whether they are currently looking for a job.

  

Our many career blogs will be upgraded to match the redesign throughout the month of June.

 We print 10,000 copies of our 'Defense Systems, Technology and Intelligence Careers' Career Guide approximately every 8-10 weeks.


 The next printing will be July 20th, and your advertisement materials are needed for publication by July 6th.

 

Back Cover - ProSOL Associates has the back cover for the next two editions, but we have plenty of space currently available on the inside. Your advertisements will only appear on the rightside of pages -- those pages that face you as read our Career Guide.

New Career Fair Format for Fall 2012 and Spring 2013

 

Beginning in Fall 2012 we are introducing our 'Professional Invitational' events.

 

We will still hold quarterly career fairs in the metro Washington DC area, and in other areas of the country: Hawaii, Germany, Florida, Georgia, etc.

 

However, our new events can focus on the needs of as few as just one corporate customer and do so almost anywhere in the USA.

 

So what is a 'Professional Invitational' event? You provide us a list of the professionals that you want to meet approximately 3-4 weeks prior to an event date. 

 

You can even ask that we hold an event on a particular date BUT we require 3 week minimum notice to identify candidates matching your skills requirements. We then provide you the resume (without contact info) of candidates currently available. You then invite to meet those candidates that seem of interest to you. We provide a hotel suite arrangement so that you have privacy and a comfortable environment to meet with ONLY those candidates that you invite to meet.

 

Cost: 

 

-- Secret, Top Secret and 'Clearance not required' candidates:  $1999.

 

-- Fullscope or Lifestyle candidates: $2999.

 

-- There is an extra charge if you sign up for these events less than 21 days prior. It takes time to find professionals in a marketplace full of passive candidates. Less time (<21 days) requires more marketing on our part.

Starting in June, our CEO Bill Golden will hold a monthly one hour webinar to share ideas about the recruiting marketing place, to discuss what is happening at IntelligenceCareers.com and on our blogs, and to get your ideas and questions about what you would like to see us do to help you find more and better candidates.
