Floyd County native Bertee Adkins has established an endowed scholarship at the University of Pikeville for undergraduate students. The Dr. Bertee and Mrs. Retta Faye (Jett) Adkins Endowment Scholarship will be available to students beginning in the 2015-2016 academic year. |
