Principal Update
The last day of school is Friday. We will dismiss the students at 12:45pm. Please keep the following important dates in mind when planning for the 2015-16 school year. In addition, on July 2, we will email the class placement list and supply list to all families.

Registration: Thursday, August 13 11am-7pm & Friday, August 14th 7am-3pm.
Welcome Back Social: Thursday, August 20th School supply drop off 4:30-5:30 Family picnic 5-6:30pm
First day of school for Grades 1-5: Monday, August 24 9:00am
First day of school for Kindergarten: Tuesday, August 25 9:00am
Back-to-School Night: Wednesday, September 2nd 6:00-7:30pm

Last Day to Order School Supply Kits is June 14th.
- School supply kits for the 2015-2016 school year can be ordered now! HERE is the information and price of the School Supply Kit. Click HERE and enter account code 63192 to order your supply kit.
- All grades may require additional items per the teacher. That list will be emailed July 2 with classroom assignments.
- Kindergarteners do not have a kit to purchase, as each class has their own supply list.

Field Day 2015!
Thank you so much to all the people that donated their time or their supplies to field day! Due to all your support and help we had a very successful and fun day. Your help was truly appreciated! A big shout out to Shawna Carter for spending the whole day on Thursday making water balloons, Omid Amini for refilling and transporting all that water for our favorite station, and the Wellness Committee for their amazing job organizing the cookout for lunch and the watermelon snack at the end of the day! This day would not be as great as it was without your help! Thank you!

Thank you so much for a great year with the Neighborhood Center. Please keep an eye out for the 2015-2016 first session Enrichment Course Catalog over the summer. Classes will start 9/14 and registration will start when school starts! There are going to be some great programs at our school such as Science Matters, Eureka, Fencing, Bricks 4 Kidz, Abrakadoodle, Coding, Omniform, Yoga, Ballet, Kidstage, Sticky Fingers, and so much more! Spelling Bee Update:
The UPark school wide spelling bee was last Thursday night and WHAT A NIGHT! Our 23 kiddos were prepared and ready - the winning word was "laudable" (number 187!) by third grader Angelina Holm! Our second place finisher was fourth grader Kira Smith and third place was earned by fourth grader Andrew Keenan! Congratulations to Angelina, Kira, Andrew and all of our first through fifth grade spellers! Hope to see you next year!
