We are very excited to see the students and families soon.  Thank you to everyone who came out to support registration. 

The University Park PTA would like to welcome families to the school by providing coffee and pastries at 9:00 am, Tuesday, August 23rd on the playground. They will be sharing information about the PTA for all interested families. 
 
A few reminders for the first day of school -
1. Have a great day!
2. Signs for each teacher will be posted on the playground so families know where to line up.
3. The line up bell will ring at 8:55.
4. Please park legally.
5. Please don't park in the Kiss and Go area.
6. No dogs on DPS property.
7. Walk your wheels on campus.
 
Pick Up -
1. The dismissal bell will ring at 3:45.
2. Teachers will bring students back to their line up spot.
3. There is no Kiss and Go in the afternoon.

If circumstances have changed and your child will not be attending University Park please call the main office at 720-424-3410 or email Deanne Afman so we can update our records.

Registration/Parent Portal

Thank you to the 215 families that completed registration online this year using Parent Portal! 

In addition to registering for school,  Parent Portal is a secured website where parents/guardians and students can access information about student progress such as: Report Cards, Attendance & Behavior, District & State test results, Online School Choice and School Verification! Online registration is now closed, but if you have not yet signed up for a Parent Portal account it is not too late to do so. Click here to get started!
 

*If you have not registered, please come in to the school to do so as soon as you are able. All enrolled families are required to register by completing the student verification process.

Nursing Services

Below please find forms provided by the Department of Nursing Services. If your child has Asthma, Allergies, or medication needs please click the links below to fill out the forms. Each of these forms requires a signature from the child's physician and can be returned to the school office or faxed to 720-424-3435.

Food and Nutrition Services

Denver Public School's provides families a way to pay for school meals online. Please visit the My School Bucks website here to create or add money to your account.

If you would like to request Free or Reduced Lunch please fill out the application here. If you need a paper application please visit the UPark office. All families that would like Lunch assistance must fill out a new form each year.

Please join us for the University Park Elementary Enrichment Club Fair!

What:  Preview all 30 of the Enrichment Clubs offered at UPark for the Fall Season. We are now offering before and after school clubs.
When: Monday, August 29th 3:45-5:45 PM.
Where: On the blacktop behind the school.

Girls on the Run

Girls on the Run will start the week of September 12th.  Girls on the Run inspires girls to a lifetime of self-respect and a healthy lifestyle through an innovative program that combines training for a 3.1 mile run/walk race with a fun, health education lesson plan. We will meet Mondays and Fridays after school, from 3:45-5:15. Open to all 3rd through 5th grade girls. Watch for Registration info coming soon.
