Ole Smoky Preps National Whisky Launch
Ole Smoky Distillery has announced the national launch of its whiskey line. The company plans to build off the success of the whiskeys’ local Tennessee launch in 2016 by introducing the top three flavors to bars, restaurants, and retail stores across the U.S. (BevNet)

Napa Valley Distillery Wraps Up Equity Crowdfunding Round
Napa Valley Distillery (NVD), a family owned and operated distillery based in Napa, Calif., has completed its equity crowdfunding round on Indiegogo and MicroVentures' investment crowdfunding vertical. The company quickly secured its initial $50,000 and will cap off the round with more than $600,000 in funds. (Crowdfund Insider)
PostModern Spirits Opens in Knoxville 
At last Wednesday's soft opening of PostModern Spirits there were only two things brighter than the distillery's colorful interior—the smiles of owners Stanton Webster and Eric McNew. The duo, who in December announced their intent to open a distillery in the Old City, were delighted to see the result of their hard work. Chattanooga Set to Release First Self-Made Whiskey
Chattanooga Whiskey, headquartered in Chattanooga, Tenn., for some time has sought to release whiskey made on site. It began sourcing from MGP at first after being founded in 2009, and, while doing this, worked to get laws changed locally so it could distill. This eventually happened, and now the distillery is set to release its first Chattanooga-made and aged, single-batch spirit, known as Experimental Series Batch 001. (The Whiskey Wash)
Graybeard partners with iHeartMedia on Bedlam Vodka Sound Stages
North Carolina based Graybeard Distillery, maker of award-winning rice-based Bedlam Vodka, has teamed with media industry leader iHeartMedia to establish the Bedlam Vodka Sound Stages at iHeartRadio’s 96.9 The Kat, Channel 96.1 and 1065 The End studio in Charlotte, N.C. and G105, 95x and B93.9’s studio in Raleigh.
