What is a brick exactly and why is it called a brick? Generally, bricks are used to practice the challenges of running off the bike. But is that really all there is to it?
In this webinar, participants will learn: 1) The basics: why, when, how often, how long, where, etc. 2) Progressing to intermediate and advanced level brick training such as bike/run repeats and transition training. 3) Intensity and frequency matter. How to time your brick training throughout the training week and season. 4) How long before you can expect to see improvements at race time. Brick training only starts with learning how to run off the bike.
