USCIS to Increase Filing Fees December 23, 2016
Today the Department of Homeland Security will be publishing the list of U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Service (USCIS) filing fees that will be increasing as of December 23, 2016.
While the fee increases pertain to almost 50 different USCIS forms, the table below lists the forms and fees used most frequently for employment-based and family-based immigration matters.

Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker (H-1Bs and in-country TNs, Es and L-1s)
Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker
Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status (including EAD and Advance Parole applications)
Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status for those under the age of 14
Application to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status (H-4, L-2, E, TD)
Application for Employment Authorization (F-1, J-2, H-4, L-2, E)
Application for Naturalization
Biometrics (adjustment of status and naturalization applicants) (No change in fee)
The current fees will remain in effect through December 22, 2016. Thereafter, the increased fees will apply.
