More than 2,500 LEED APs and GAs work within the Texas Gulf Coast chapter and more than 1,900 work in Houston alone.

They have been responsible for making Houston the third largest city in the nation for total square footage of LEED commercial buildings.

They have been responsible for positioning Houston as a leading city for green building. Thank you to the LEED AP for:

- Making Houston the 2nd in the nation for total number of LEED registered schools
- Leading Houston to be ranked 5th in the nation for total number of LEED commercial buildings
- Ranking Houston 5th in the nation for total number of certified LEED schools

Because of the LEED AP and GA, Houston is growing in sustainable practices and being positioned as one of the most impressive green building leaders in the world.

The chapter expects 200-250 people for this event. While the event is free to everyone who wants to celebrate the LEED professional, pre-registration is requested. Under no circumstance would the chapter run out of beer but it could run out of wings without a good headcount!

Registration is open now.
