When Circuit of the Americas opened a few years back, the Founding Partners commissioned and published a Commemorative Book entitled 'The American Legacy in Formula 1'. The book is a concise, hardbound, 190+ page history of American influence in the Formula One World Championship written by Phillip van Osten. It contains profiles of American drivers and manufacturers who have participated in Formula 1 along with a history of the US Grand Prix itself and the tracks that have hosted the event over the years. Illustrated with photographs from the extensive archives of Bernard and Paul-Henri Cahier, this book would make an excellent addition to any race fan's collection.

Originally priced at $99.95, 'The American Legacy in Formula 1' is now available at The Motorsport Collector for just $40.00 plus shipping.
