This September, the USTA will host thousands of Free Tennis Play Events throughout the country in celebration of Nickelodeon's Worldwide Day of Play. USTA Free Tennis Play Events invite the whole family to get out and play together - parents, and kids of all ages and skill levels, to try tennis at local events and facilities.This will be an excellent opportunity to highlight current and upcoming programs in your area as well.
USTA Tennessee encourages organizers and facilities across the state to take advantage of this great opportunity to grow the sport by registering September Play Events in your community Today!
Promotions:
* The first 2,000 play events registered on YouthTennis.com and hosted in September receive a $50 Amazon.com gift card.
* USTA Tennessee is also offering an excellent incentive to the organizer/facility with the highest number of play events registered on YouthTennis.com from Now until September 30, 2014.
The winning organizer/facility will receive a $750 grant, while the runner up will receive a $500 grant. The grants awarded must be used toward growing tennis at your facility or in your community.
(All Play Day events that take place after September up until December 31, 2014, will count toward your total number of events as long as they were registered on YouthTennis.com before September 30, 2014.)
