Reflection...

Friends -

Can you feel it?  We are emerging?  If you have been around UUCGT this week, you can feel the energy rising, like the earliest sap in the trees - we are rising.

This Saturday, UUCGT will host its first Women's New Moon group at 4 PM in the sanctuary.  Come together!

Join us this Sunday as we continue to awaken as powerful peacemakers. At 9 AM we will explore peace making aspects of our congregational covenant, and our 10:30 AM Service will be a high energy All Congregation celebration. Then at 11:45 AM, for those of our friends who are interested in becoming members, we will gather to learn about the history and values of this beloved community.

Yes - we are emerging, friends, again, as a community of light, love and hope.

Blessings -
Rabbi Chava

Sunday Service
Sunday, January 29 - Rabbi Chava Bahle
9:00 AM Program:  "Skills of Peacemaking Hidden in Our                                      Congregation Covenant"
10:30 AM Service:
"A Congregation of Peace Makers "
In this All Congregation service, we will explore the basic ideas of what it means to be peacemakers.  What is this built upon, other than good intentions?

Lifespan Experience  f or Children and Youth (and Families!)
Sunday Service:  10:30 a.m.
Sunday programming for Children and Youth throughout the remainder of this program year will complement Sunday Services in our efforts to move closer to congregational thematic ministry.  This thematic calendar will explore the Six Source traditions, and consider wisdom from around the world.

JANUARY CHILD / YOUTH OF THE MONTH!
Our Child of the Month is Sofia Cabrera!

Make sure you take a moment to greet Sofia when you see her, and check out the poster featuring her in the social hall!
Each month we will give special attention to a child or youth from our UUCGT community!  A picture of them will be featured in the social hall, along with a little bit about them.  Interested in more information and how to participate?  Click  HERE

Looking Ahead to Sundays in February
In our Sunday classes for children we will be considering the themes of inclusion, diversity and justice for all through lessons tied to the book, "The Day the Crayons Quit" by Drew Daywalt.  Every voice is important, and EVERY CRAYON COUNTS!
