Use your financial statements to take advantage of opportunities, improve business performance and discover problem areas. Manage accounts receivable, inventory and debt through ratio analysis. Compare your company's performance to industry standards.

 

Budgeting and Profit Planning-April 4, 2012

Learn the steps in the budgeting process. Develop a simple, effective financial plan for your business and make adjustments to stay profitable. Predict required sales volumes, estimate expenses and assess different business strategies.

 

Managing Cash Flow-April 18, 2012

Forecast and manage cash inflows and outflows to ensure available cash when needed. Identify influences on current asset levels. Develop a cash-flow plan and budget. Understand the difference between short- and long-term growth.
