Do you watch the TV? Pick one of your favourite shows, one that's on for half an hour, two or three times a week; say Coronation Street or Countdown or the early evening news and create yourself a TV workout.

Stationary exercise machines like steppers, rowing machines or bicycles are boring without a distraction, set yours up in front of the TV and away you go, you'll have done half an hour of exercise before the final credits.
