Faith Development
As I have been asked about the paradigm shift within the UUA from "Religious Education" to "Faith Development" (a shift that occurred in 2003) several times, I thought I would share this link about our UU history.

This paradigm shift eventually led to us having such things as Tapestry of Faith (a vast, free, online curricula) and an emphasis on Small Group Ministry, such as our Covenant Groups.

I maintain several copies of the Essex Conversations in my office (a book enjoyed by members of the YRE Committee) if you wish to dig deeper.
