Uniform Physical Conditions Standards
Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) Training Academy will be providing a one-day Uniform Physical Conditions training on Tuesday, August 30, 2016, from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. ET, at Liberty Green, 500 E. Jefferson Street, Louisville, Kentucky. The training targets property management companies that are responsible for maintaining compliance with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program. The cost of the training is $10 for OCCH partners or $100 for non-partners. Early registration is encouraged due to limited space.

The training will cover the following topics:
  • Basic principles of UPCS Inspection Protocol
  • Health and Safety Hazards
  • Inspected Items and Areas
  • REAC Scoring and Summary
  • Definitions of Site Issues

KHC Rental Waiting List

Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) is still accepting applications for the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Please direct those interested in applying to KHC's website, under Rental, Rental Portals, Waiting List Portal. We encourage everyone wanting assistance to register online using the portals. Applications are accepted in the order they are received.

 

Paper applications will be available at KHC's offices, located at 1231 Louisville Road or 1047 U.S. Hwy 127 South, Suite 1, in Frankfort. Applicants may also request a paper copy be mailed directly to them by calling KHC directly toll-free at 877-552-7368 or 502-564-9946.
