JULY ENEWS FROM YOUR LOCAL UNITED WAY
Our Community. Your United Way.

Day of Caring presented by First Bank and Tri-State Nissan is coming up!! Mark your calendars for Wednesday, September 9th. The United Way of Northern Shenandoah Valley provides a unique opportunity for the community to come together to help others. Day of Caring is organized annually to help kickoff the United Way Campaign and to provide community service projects for local business and organization teams.

There are many people who need help whether it be with fixing and painting the interior of an elderly person's home, clearing and landscaping a disabled person's yard, working with a children's home or a women's shelter to clean and make repairs. Day of Caring matches volunteers with local non-profit agencies, giving us an opportunity to put forth all of our efforts to help those who need it most.

Projects are due JULY 24th - submit one today.
Be a Sponsor - Let us know by July 31st
Volunteer Teams are due by August 7th so we can order T-shirts. Submit yours today!
