Happy New Year!!

We have a lot to look forward to in 2016.....the Presidential election, the Olympics, and here at Unitronics Systems we are nearing completion of two projects and looking forward to the commencement of our newest projects. You can read all about our projects further in this newsletter.

Our automated parking system at Park + Garden, Hoboken NJ was operational Nov 201 5. We condensed what should have been a ten story conventional parking garage into only four stories, allowing for more rentable space. We have just completed a video showing the full capabilities and the stress free lifestyle that accompanies having an automated parking system.

I am proud of our team, our continued growth in personnel and projects this past year and look forward to continuing the growth of our Unitronics family.

"When we switched to automated we were able to bring everything up above ground, which is huge now because of the new flood regulations, and also get another 32 units," Gaber said. "So the added value just of switching from normal to automated is really big.

"When you look at the other factors it definitely made a lot of sense financially."
