Want a midweek boost to your spiritual practices?  Relish the intimacy of group silence?  Rev. Linda Guy is organizing interested volunteers to co-facilitate a Wednesday lunchtime meditation, patterned after Unity Village's Midday Reflection. This is a very simple 30-minute service. An organizational meeting is planned for August 16 at noon in the sanctuary.

For the month of August, the Women's Gathering will be in the Evening. All women are welcome to attend on Wednesday, August 16th, from 6:30 p.m.to 8:00 p.m.

Cold drinks and dessert will be served.  You need to only bring  yourself and your ideas.

We will meet in the Fellowship Hall for a getting acquainted activity, a spirited discussion on the changing role of women and women's groups, and an overview of  upcoming activities and opportunities.

Meditation programs are about ninety minutes long with a short introduction, silent meditation for forty-five minutes and questions & answers and personal blessings by Shivabalananda.

Attendees may sit on chairs or cushions or whatever is most comfortable. Family friendly. All are welcome, children, teens, seniors and the physically challenged.
