Unlicensed Programs
ATTENTION
All Unlicensed  Summer Camp and School Age Programs

The Coalition recently received guidance from the Office of Early Learning (OEL) that unlicensed Summer Camps and unlicensed School Age programs can only contract for School Readiness if they are a licensed facility during the year and maintain that license through the summer.  This impacts all current unlicensed School Age providers and School Age providers that intend to run an unlicensed Summer Camp.

If you are currently an unlicensed School Age provider and wish to renew your School Readiness Contract, please contact the Pinellas County License Board immediately at (727) 507-4858 to begin the licensing process. Please note that the effective date of your license must be before you sign and date your new School Readiness Contract.   If you choose not to become licensed, your current School Readiness Contract will expire on June 30, 2017 and will not be renewed.

For more information, please contact Carolyn Kovanis at (727) 400-4451 or contact OEL at OEL.Questions@oel.myflorida.com
