QHHT® Official Forum News

   How do I Check My Messages from Clients?
 
When a client posts a personal message to you  using the "Contact Me" button on your profile, we send you an email from hello@qhhtofficial.com letting you know you have mail.  We have been told the hello@qhhtofficial.com email address may hit your spam or junk folder and you may not be seeing these very important messages.  We need for you to "whitelist" this email address or add it to your safe email addresses.  THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!! We have had potential clients call and state they have notified practitioners for a session and are not receiving a response.  If you need your login information, please respond to this email and I will reset your password.
 
If you have your user name and password, you will go to www.qhhtofficial.com and click on the tab "Dashboard" to log in.  After you have logged in, hover over your name in the top right-hand corner and you will see several options.  Please click "View Profile" and you will see Notifications and Messages.  You will need to check this right away in case you have missed some messages and also check the information on your profile for accuracy.  After you whitelist our new email address, you will only have to watch your personal email Inbox for future messages from us.
 
Please remember, if you receive a message from our site stating you have mail, you will need to login using your user name and password to view the whole message.

We continue to have practitioners "think" they are in the QHHT®  Official Forum, but find out later, they have signed up for another forum. We highly urge you to make sure you are participating in the Official forum. There has been a tremendous amount of confusion on which forum we support and manage and it is Only the QHHT® Official Forum

Our Level One Online class is available at any time in English, Chinese, Taiwanese, Spanish and Russian.
