$55 per person
Seafood is for more than just a main course. It also makes great appetizers and soups!
Chef Bill will demonstrate how to prepare four great appetizers, including Mini Crab Cakes, Fresh Crab & Avocado Crostini, Shrimp Cocktail and Shrimp with Greek Seasoning. He will also be preparing a Shrimp Bisque, and his version of the classic Maryland Crab Soup.
You will enjoy samples of each appetizer and soup, as well as complimentary cheese, crackers and holiday wine pairings.
