Community Forums to Hear from Candidates  
Upcoming forums give voters opportunity to talk to local candidates
Election Day is fast approaching, and there's no more important responsibility than exercising our right to vote! We can never forget the sacrifices and fights by those who worked hard to secure, protect and expand the right to vote.

As the election draws near, there are many opportunities in our West County communities to see and hear from those who are vying for the privilege to hold elected office.

*West County Unified School District forums: 

Tuesday, Sept. 18, 6pm to 7:30pm - Helms Middle School, 2500 Road 20, San Pablo

Wednesday, Sept. 19, 6pm to 8:30pm - Nystrom Elementary School Multi-Purpose Room, 230 Harbour Way South, Richmond (Neighborhood Councils Unite to present a Candidates Forum. Assembly District 15 Candidates will also participate

Monday, Oct. 1, 6pm to 8pm - City of Richmond Council Chambers, 403 Civic Center Plaza, Richmond
 
Friday, Oct. 5, 6:30pm to 9pm - HIlltop Community Church, 3118 Shane Dr., Richmond, hosted by Fairmede Hilltop Neighborhood Council and the City of Richmond
