For those of you who missed Linda Timm's presentation on "Gut Health," you're in luck! We videotaped her talk, and it's now available to you as a 3-Part Series on our website.

In Part 1, Linda outlines the human digestive process.  In Part 2, she describes the Gut's Immune System & Microbiome Community and
in Part 3, Linda discusses the Brain-Gut Connection, as well as Food Sensitivities, Food Allergies & Taking Steps to Get Well.
