Greetings!
Thank you for supporting us in our first year as a full-time
business! We really couldn't have done it without you. We wanted to
let you know about some of the places you'll be able to find us
this summer, including two exciting ongoing retail locations -
Tuesday nights at Ashbury Market in the Haight and Thursday
evenings at the Mission Community Farmer's Market in the Mission.
We'd love to see you there.

ASHBURY
MARKET 5PM - 8PM
205 Frederick Street (at Ashbury
Street)
Come by Ashbury Market from 5pm to 8pm every Tuesday to pick
up a delicious dinner. This week, you'll find warm comfort food
from some of our favorite street carts:
Of course, we'll be providing a full assortment of cookies,
cupcakes, and brownies for dessert. And, thanks to the market's
full kitchen, for the first time ever we'll be able to serve you
warm, freshly baked cookies right
from the oven.

MISSION
COMMUNITY MARKET 4PM - 8PM
Bartlett Street (Between 21st
Street and 22nd Street)
We are very excited to be in our
first farmer's market! Starting this Thursday, July 22,
we'll be selling cookies, mini cupcakes, brownies, and other treats
at the new Mission Community Market.
Please come by to support us and the market - it brings some much
needed revitalization to a block on Bartlett Street. In addition to
fresh produce and food from local emerging businesses, it will also
offer youth and arts programs to the community.

LATE JULY/ EARLY AUGUST
EVENTS
Friday Evenings at 20th and Valencia
Street - You can still find us in the Mission with our
cookie cart (almost) every Friday evening from 6:30pm to 8:30pm or
later if the weather isn't too blustery!
Friday, July 23 at Fabric8
Gallery - Join us at Fabric8 Gallery on 22nd Street (at
Valencia) from 6pm until 8pm. See the gallery's new art show, Audio Visual, and enjoy street
food from Toasty Melts, Pearl's Kitchen, and Soul Cocina.
Friday, July 30 at Moxsie in Palo
Alto - We'll be back at Moxsie for Street Eats, the independent clothing company's weekly Friday
street food lunch. We'll have the usual sweets plus our ice cream
sandwiches. And there's always delicious savory food from some
great street carts, too. Come by 120 Hawthorne Ave. in Palo Alto
starting at 11:30 until the food runs out.
Sunday, August 1 in Precita
Park - Visit Precita Park from noon to 2pm for a
Street Food extravaganza, as we celebrate one-year anniversaries
for Adobo Hobo, Gumbo Cart, The Chai Cart, and our own cart.
Sunday, August 15 at Help is on the Way XVI in the Herbst Theater/
Green Room - We'll be donating cookies, mini cupcakes and
other sweets to support this benefit for the Richmond/Ermet
AIDS Foundation. The largest annual AIDS benefit concert in
Northern California, this gala will feature Carol Channing and many
other performers. It should be quite a night!

Sweet
Constructions is dedicated to providing fresh, all natural, small
indulgences: artisanal cookies, mini cupcakes, brownies, and other
sweets. To ensure freshness, we bake to order in small batches and
carefully add finishing touches such as hand-dipping cookies in
chocolate or drizzling them with our house-made caramel.
We hope you enjoy our sweets!
All
our best,
Mindi Canner and Kate Kuckro
