Well, August is officially upon us-kids will be going back to school, fall will be heading our way, and the start of the end of the year will be here before we know it.  BUT before we get too ahead of ourselves, lets just focus on the week ahead...

We've got some neat things coming up this week from TWO workshops, stand up paddle boarding and all your favorite classes this week 



Stand Up Paddle Boarding
We are going paddle boarding again this Sunday, the 13th! Meet at Perfect Union at 9:00 am if you'd like to carpool.  We have limited spots, so please reserve your space on the app or RSVP right away to Jennifer.




Upper Body Form & Technique Workshop this Saturday
From 11:00-1:00 please join us for a form and technique workshop of the upper body-learning how to properly execute moves, what weight choice is right for you, and just how do you do a certain move?  Let our expert trainers show you!

Breathing & Meditation Workshop

Ever feel overwhelmed and just don’t have time to de-stress? Well here’s a solution for you to “relax in a hurry”.

 

The Exhale! Program offers a unique combination of deep breathing exercises, guided visualization and relaxation techniques that help relax body and mind. It’s especially designed for people looking for a quick and effective way to unwind and recharge. And you don’t need to be flexible!

In this workshop you will learn simple breathing exercises to offset stress within minutes. You will discover how to identify stressors, increase energy and boost concentration. Exhale! participants leave feeling completely relaxed, energized and positive.
