So many emails, so little time - How to filter "Needs & Haves" emails
|
|
St. Louis Commercial REALTORS® Broadcast Email System and STLCDS (Catylist) Email Broadcast System are valuable tools for your business but the numerous emails in your inbox can be very intrusive.
For a better experience, consider categorizing emails by using filters to automatically receive emails to a certain folder.
To do this in Outlook, you must create a Rule. To create a Rule:
- Open a "Needs & Haves" email.
- Select Rule in the menu bar.
- Select "Always move messages from..."
- A Rules and Alerts box will pop-up.
- Select a folder to automatically receive the "Needs and Haves" email.
- Moving forward, all emails from the sender will go to this folder, rather than your inbox.

Agencies Increase Commercial Appraisal Threshold
On April 2, 2018, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (collectively the Federal Banking Agencies) issued a final rule
increasing the appraisal threshold for commercial real estate Federally Related Transactions from $250,000 to $500,000, $100,000 more than the increase in the 2017 proposed rule.
