This session will focus on the current trends in partnerships between Person Centered Planning and Diagnostics. These terms are not mutually exclusive. Often individuals receive increased stigmatization and negatively referenced labels when the gap between these two issues is not bridged.
Helping people to "dream big" requires that support systems truly collaborate and work together while recognizing that we cannot have Person Centered Planning without Person Centered Thinking.
The session challenges us all to examine our openness and acceptance of varying viewpoints during the team process. This is a MUST for all levels of support staff.
