Good news!
The Property Tax Exemption Bill passed unanimously through the Community Affairs Committee and is now headed to the Senate Energy Committee. The House version of this Bill, which is sponsored by Representatives Frishe and Berman, is still waiting to be heard in it's first stop at the House Energy Committee. Thanks to all of you who contacted your elected officials to support this Bill.
Good news on a federal front - Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart has signed on as a co-sponsor of the PACE Protection Act of 2011. You can monitor the movement of this legislation on the FARE homepage.
