Here are the latest happenings around church!
Recording of Sermons
Have you ever wish you could share the sermon to a friend? We will regularly record the Sunday sermon to upload to the website. That way if you miss a service you can go back to listen to the sermon. Or you can email a link to a friend!

In order to do this, we need people willing to help record the sermon. It is very easy to do! It requires: sliding the recorder on, hitting record before the sermon starts, hitting stop at the end, and sliding the recorder back off. It is just that easy! Contact Bryan Rothamel if interested.

Rental Property Turnover
The tenants in the rental property next door have moved out and we need to perform general maintenance to prepare the house for the next tenants. We especially need help painting. Contact Tom Durkin for more information.
VBS Meeting Sunday!
Interested volunteers or those wanting more information about VBS are invited to a meeting on Sunday, June 11 at 10 a.m. in the Library.  Contact Mignonne Holz for more information.

Softball
The Filthy Rags play June 8 at 8 p.m. at McIntire Park.

Lunch Bunch
The Lunch Bunch is meeting at 11:30 a.m. on June 9 at Shadwell's on Pantops. Contact Lou Veliky to RSVP.

GAP
The Graduates and Professionals are meeting June 12 at the Lampes' house. The group meets at 7 p.m. Contact Bryan Rothamel for more information.

Zions Crossroad Area
Zions Justified is meeting on June 12 at Maj-gun Mansoor's house. The group meets at 7 p.m. Contact Fran Storer for more information.

July Joint Services

For the entire month of July we will have joint services! Join us 10 a.m. every Sunday: July 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30. 

 

Vacation Bible School

Vacation Bible School will be July 10-14. Contact Mignonne Holz for more information.

 

Church Picnic

The annual church picnic will be July 16 following the joint service. The church will provide fried chicken and drinks. Sides and desserts will be potluck style. We will need volunteers to set up and clean up!
