Hertford have the honour of hosting the Herts County Youth Cup/Plate/Shield finals day at Hoe Lane on Sun 19th & Sun 26th April as well as the Senior County finals on the Sat 25th April.
To make these three days a success we need YOUR help.
Car Park Assistants - 12 people required from 8am on all days. The first 2 hours will be the busy ones, most people will be able to leave by 10.30 with only 5 needed for the duration (about 12.30/1 oclock ). Volunteers to do the whole thing or just a few hours.
Pitch Marshall/Runners. This is ideal for an adult and son, 3 pairs minimum per Saturday/Sunday but ideally would be better with more.
Ticket sellers. Needed to stand on the gate to catch entrants and then to sell after. We have an excellent list of prizes.
Security. For the bag drop areas and the changing rooms. Only needs to be boys but an adult is required for the changing room entrance.
This is a real opportunity to show off Hertford and along with the visit of the World Cup in the summer a fabulous opportunity to showcase our club and the sport.
