Operational Updates
County Incentives Program - ACTION REQUIRED
Contract amendments for the FY 2016-17 County Incentives Program were due to the Department by June 15, 2016. If you have not yet submitted your county's contract amendment, please do so as soon as possible. If an extension is needed, please contact the County Relations team.
Please note that if an extension is needed beyond June 30, 2016, a Hold Over Letter will be required. This allows for the contractual requirements to continue to be in effect until the contract amendment is signed.
County Grant Program - ACTION REQUIRED
The Department is seeking three county representatives (one small, one medium and one large county representative) to review county grant applications on Friday, June 24, 2016 from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm at the Department, 303 E. 17th, Denver, CO 80203.
This is an opportunity for counties to provide peer-to-peer feedback to county grant applicants through a scoring process that will be factored into overall grant scores and grant funding decisions made by the Department.
This is a one time commitment. All participating county representatives will be provided mileage reimbursement. If county representatives are traveling more than 50 miles, one way, they will also be provide lodging and per diem. All travel reimbursements will be based on federal rates.

Community Corrections Policy Statement
The Department has released guidance in response to State Health Official (SHO #16-007) Letter released by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on April 28, 2016. The Policy Statement is available by
clicking here. In addition, guidance for CBMS users was released via CBMS Communication 715 on June 2, 2016.
