Serving veterinarians and companion pets in Maryland, Delaware, DC and beyond

VNoC & VIoC: Out & About at...

CVC in Washington, DC, April 23-26

The staffs of VNoC and VIoC were at CVC in Washington DC. Several hundred veterinarians and veterinary technicians stopped by our booth to say hello and learn about our services. We were excited to put faces with the names that we see on a daily basis. While many who stopped by were from Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania, we had visitors from New York, Florida, California, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Ontario, Canada, and other places across the US and Canada.

Congratulations to Dr. Michelle Leatherbury from Atlantic Animal Hospital in Accomac, Virginia! She was the winner of the $100 Starbucks gift card from the CVC raffle at our booth.

America's VetDogs  5th Annual Annapolis/Kent Island 5K, April 19

This annual event raises funds for America's VetDogs, a leading provider of service dogs to veterans with disabilities. It costs over $50,000 to breed, raise, train, and place one assistance dog; however, there is never a charge to the veteran.

We participated with a booth and passed out lemonade and water to participants. We had dog treats for the dogs and several giveaway items. It was a great day in the park for a worthy cause!
