Urban Crust Wood Fired Pizza brings to you the finest imported Italian ingredients, local organic herbs and greens, and in-house hand-crafted mozzarella for their piping hot and served fresh pizza.

Please join us at Veritas to help welcome Mariano Innocenti, proprietor of Angulo Innocenti Winery in Argentina.  In 2001, Mariano took the first step toward realizing his dream with the purchase of the family vineyard, Finca Piedras Blancas, a 100 hectare property in La Consulta.  La Consulta was chosen for its rich heritage and long tradition as Mendoza's premier region for Malbec, dating back to the early 20th century.  We will be tasting the Estate Malbec, the Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, and the Unisono.  Unisono is a limited production blend of Malbec with Cabernet Franc and Syrah, co-fermented and aged 16 months in French Oak barrels.

This Sunday is the third Sunday of the month and that means LOBSTER SUNDAY with Jon Alexis & TJ's Seafood Market!  Under Jon's helm TJ's Seafood Market has won many awards and much recognition including but not limited to D Magazine's Best Of Big D: 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013.  We are very excited to welcome Jon and his crew back to Veritas.

For only $35 you get an entire Maine Lobster cooked fresh on the spot.  It is accompanied by PEI Mussels, Clams, Potatoes, and Corn!
