On the heels of a massive overhaul of probate law expected to be signed any day by the Governor, the Probate Law Update will be an essential overview of S.29 –“An Act Relating to Decedents’ Estates” which essentially modernizes and restructures Vermont law regarding decedents’ estates. There will also be a case law update.
