VolleyballNOW.net - Ball Control Boot Camp : In the VolleyballNOW.net Ball Control Boot Camp all aspects of Ball Control will be covered and drilled with maximum repetitions.Each camper will touch a ball over 1000 times under experienced watchful eyes. Serve Recieve from all 3 locations vs Jump Float, Jump Top Spin, Short serves etc. Campers will also work on digging and pursuit from all zones on the court. We will also devote an hour of each day to setting and serving which is a critical ball control skill for all players on the court. Our campers will leave the weekend with an entirely new set of exercises that they can do on their own. This camp is not just for DS's and Liberos. All players need to increase their ball control effiecency and capabilities.

You can sign up on line at www.lagunabeachcity.net or just show up 15 minutes early on Saturday morning and I will have registration forms.  We will be taking a lunch break each day from 12-1.
