An update from the Association Executive
Wildfire season is upon us in Eagle County, and our extraordinarily dry conditions are prime for fire outbreaks. It is critical for homeowners to protect their property and to be advocates for fire prevention.

A simple way for property owners to do this is participation in the REALFire ® Program, created to assist homeowners in mitigating wildfire dangers and to be prepared for fire emergency. As REALTORS ® you can help your clients and community by sharing information about REALFire ® . The VBR is hosting a Lunch & Learn on June 5 geared to help REALTORS ® understand the REALFire ® Program. Registration information is in the "Education" section of this newsletter.

The REALFire ® Program was the subject of a letter to the editor in this week's Vail Daily. Come join us for lunch on June 5, and please help us spread the word about the REALFire ® Program.

Have a great weekend!
