Technology Tips
What to do if you do the wrong thing

It happens. One moment, your laptop or desktop computer is working fine. The next moment: Trouble, with a capital “T.” It looks like you have a problem. A big problem. TechHelpline offers a few DIY tips to help stop the damage.
Helpful SentriLock Tips

Please make sure to fully close lockboxes when you're finished. Many have been brought in to the VBR offices with dead batteries. If you leave them open this causes the batteries to die faster.

Are you tired of giving out one day codes to out of area brokers/ contractors? SentriConnect is the solutions! SentriConnect allows the listing agent to grant access to a specific lockbox for a specific duration of time and  receive instant notifications  of when the user accesses the lockbox. REALFire Program
FREE Wildfire property assessments are now available!

Developed by the Vail Board of REALTORS® and Eagle County, REALFire ®assists homeowners in identifying specific actions they can take to reduce wildfire hazards.

This program provides residents with many benefits:

  • An in-depth, on-site assessment conducted by experienced fire professionals;

  • An opportunity for property owners to identify mitigation actions unique to their property;

  • A detailed follow up report with customized mitigation actions designed to measurably reduce the wildfire risk to their property;

  • An opportunity to earn a REALFire certificate acknowledging their mitigation achievements. This type of recognition can be used to enhance real estate transactions, and can be shared with local insurance providers.
