Last Saturday we wrapped up the Playhouse Project, and we helped raise a total of $29,850 from the auction! These funds will go to support Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, VBR Foundation, and Habitat for Humanity Vail Valley. It was fun to hear that the “People's Favorite Award” went to the Shaeffer Hyde Construction team's house. Congratulations to them!

Yesterday you should have received a Member Minute video talking about the dues increase you will see on your Annual Bill in November. The Colorado Association of REALTORS ® and National Association of REALTORS ® both approved an increase for a total of $40 for next year.

The breakdown is:
CAR = $175 - increased $10 from last year
NAR= $155 - increased $30 from last year
VBR= $348 - No change
Total= $678 - November Annual Bill

If you missed the video, you can watch it in the link below.
