Vail Realtors® Weekly Update is a free member resource sent each week with the latest VBR News!

A Message from Vail Board of Realtors®
September is safety month and we would like to encourage you to be safe when it comes to open houses and showings.  Click Here for valuable tips that you can use.  I will be sharing a safety tip each week for this month in the best of the blogs because your safety is very important.
Last week the VBR Foundation decided to support the devastation from the recent Hurricanes and donated $2,500 to the Realtors® Relief Foundation. Now Florida is being hit with Hurricane Irma and if you want to support this cause click here to participate.
If you haven't taken two minutes to participate in the recent Call to Action for Flood Insurance please click here to support this action.
I am excited to share that we have gotten a few applications for the Vail Pro Designation. If you are getting close to get this Designation please send me your form so that we can recognize you at the upcoming Annual Installation Party on October 19th.

Sonnenalp Hotel

We are excited to announce that beginning this fall, Ludwig's Restaurant at the Sonnenalp Hotel will serve as a full-service events venue for celebrations and meetings. Well known for the stunning glass enclosed Terrace and delectable cuisine, Ludwig's has shifted its focus to private dining & celebrations, as well as public culinary events, offering expert service and warm hospitality in an exquisite setting.
Ludwig's architectural highlight is the Terrace - a glassed-in room that features breathtaking views of Vail Mountain and the Gore Creek. Its retractable ceilings are both magical and versatile.
With recent upgrades including replacing walls with columns between the Terrace and Sun Room, the installation of new hardwood floors, and an updated alpine color palate, guests celebrating or meeting in the Sun Room also enjoy panoramic views of Vail's natural beauty in a luminescent, adorned space. The Sun Room seats up to 60 guests and can accommodate up to 80 for receptions.

The Stüberl, designed for executive meetings, intimate gatherings, and experiential food and beverage events, can be configured to seat up to 40 and is one of the most unique private dining rooms in Vail with wonderful views, a private patio and incredible Bavarian charm.

Local's special: any private dining bookings made by November 1st, 2017 will receive 3 complimentary nights at the Sonnenalp Hotel and dinner starting at $59 per person.

For more information or to request a quote, please contact Nathalia Spring at or 970-479-5463."
