Shield Cleaning Services &

Precious Metal Evaporation Materials

We're pleased to announce that we're expanding capacity and adding new equipment to meet the growing demand for Shield Cleaning Services and Precious Metal Evaporation Materials. VEM has increased our Class 1,000 cleanroom by 40% and have procured all new equipment for our Shield Cleaning Services. Coinciding with this expansion, VEM has added to its team in manufacturing.

VEM's One-Stop Shield Cleaning Services provide industry-leading, low-cost, high-quality and on-time delivery, allowing you to focus on your core business. In our Class 1,000 cleanroom, our services include shield and shield kit cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, Nitrogen drying, bake out, Twin Wire Arc Spray (TWAS), final QC and cleanroom packaging.

To further meet customer demand, we've increased capacity manufacturing precious metal evaporation materials - in particular for Platinum and Gold. Our goal is to provide you with the best pricing and lead time for precious metal evaporation pellets, slugs, sources and wire in the PVD thin film industry today.

For 30+ years, we have had the privilege of providing high-purity sputtering targets and evaporation materials with the highest level of service and support to over 300 customers worldwide.
