Good Results in Customer Satisfaction SurveyHeading

We Listen to Your Priorities and Make Them Our Own
VEM carried out a customer satisfaction survey to incorporate learning from customer feedback into continuous improvement of VEM products and services. The overall results indicated that the quality of our products, customer service responsiveness and price/lead time meet our customers' needs by receiving "above average" and "excellent" marks.
At VEM, we highly appreciate all of our employees. They are not only producing the majority of our products and services but they are also responsible for the everyday communication with our customers.
This survey also revealed that we need to work on lead time. As a result, VEM put a Continuous Improvement Program in place to target long lead time parts and have them readily available. We're pleased to announce a 5% improvement in lead time for the second half of 2013 when compared to the previous two quarters.
Thanks to all those customers who responded and look for our next survey in the months ahead. Please know that VEM wants to listen to your priorities and make them our own.
