VEM Continues to Expand Quality Control

VEM's Santa Clara, California facility just installed a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) to enhance the analysis of materials. One of the responsibilities of our highly skilled engineering team is to inspect the surface of materials, and using the XRD feature, will provide analytical information for impurities associated within these areas. The SEM is used in many areas of VEM's manufacturing including failure analysis and has many capabilities that will complement our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This is just another example of VEM's continuous commitment to providing high-quality, thin film deposition materials.
