VIP - Preferred Access
We are excited to announce the launch of "Preferred Access" in the new developments - Aquia 15 at Towne Center (Stafford), Southern Pine (Virginia Beach), and Catalina Crossing (Chesapeake). This new feature on the community websites will allow site visitors to receive construction updates, future events, and pre-leasing specials.
2016 Rammy Awards
Central Virginia Apartment Association (CVAA) hosted the 2016 Rammy Awards at the Omni Richmond Hotel. The Rammy Awards celebrate industry professionals and apartment communities in the Central Virginia Area. Nominees were recognized as top professionals in the industry. Congratulations to all the winners, and especially our team at The Oaks of Dunlop Farms for receiving the Community Team of the Year Award. 

UVA (University of Virginia) 2016 Career Fair
The two words, "Career Fair" are no longer just for the unemployed or people searching for jobs. Career fairs are important for everyone to attend because they are a great way to network with local professionals and be involved with the local community. The career fair at UVA was a perfect place to meet hundreds of students from all majors looking for internships and full-time positions. Our team had a wonderful opportunity to meet face-to-face with candidates that are interested in the multifamily industry.
