Sarah Southerland, Senior Community Manager at Tanglewood Lake Apartments said, "Jeff Pitzer and Tim Story at Tanglewood Lake demonstrated an impressive act of customer service which made me extremely proud to have them not only on my team but also to work alongside them at The Franklin Johnston Group."

Recently due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, the team had to relocate some of their new residents within the community. The residents moved in about a month prior and had just finished settling in when an emergency forced the team to have to move the residents out. They hired a local moving company to move their furniture and large objects. The morning of the relocation day, Sarah Southerland mentioned, "Jeff and Tim entered the apartment and took pictures and made note of every detail within the residents' apartment, down to the placement of the toothpaste, Jeff and Tim watched the movers closely, paying special attention to how they handled the residents belongings so nothing would be damaged during the transition. Then, they went and unpacked the residents' things themselves and set everything back up exactly how it had been in the prior apartment including placing the razor next to the shaving cream and hanging their pictures back on the wall for them."
