If your center was closed on September 8
th, 11
th, or 12
th, please mark the children on the attendance roster with a “D” for disaster on the days that your center was not operating. If your center was closed for more than five days, please mark the children with a “D” for the first 5 disaster days and then mark an “N” for the additional days that you were closed after the first 5 days. If your program was operational but you did not provide VPK services during any of the storm days, please contact your VPK Finance Specialist. In addition, we will need a letter stating the dates and the reason why your center was closed. The letter can be uploaded to the VPK Attendance folder in the provider portal or it can be emailed to your Finance Specialist.
If your center was closed for more than 5 days, please contact your Provider Services Specialist to revise your class schedule.
The attendance roster for the month of September is due on Wednesday, October 4
th.
