Watch it: Trailblazing Young VT Women in STEM & Trades

This video, courtesy of Vermont Works for Women (VWW), highlights three young women Vermonters who are working in STEM and trades fields: a computer programmer, a chemist and a welder. They were all instructors at the 2015 " Women Can Do STEM & Trades Conference" last October at Vermont Tech, which drew more than 500 high schoolers from across the state.

VWW created this video for several purposes:

- for educators to use in attracting high-school young women to the conference next Oct. 13, 2016.

- to highlight female role models working in STEM and skilled trades careers in Vermont.

- to thank our generous funders, including the J. Warren & Lois McClure Foundation

Please spread it far and wide!

And if you or someone you know wants to highlight her career in STEM as a FabFem, learn more here.
