Looking for a creative avenue to access and enrich your experience of Jewish
spirituality? Interested in a mind-body practice to nurture and nourish your soul?
Yoga is a deeply spiritual practice linking breath and movement to enlighten mind, body,
heart and soul. Jewish yoga helps us to find strength, flexibility and a place of calm
through movement, music and the language of our tradition. Classes are designed to
embody and cultivate the qualities-of-being that allow us to show up in life as the best
version of ourselves.
